Headquartered in Lawang - Malang, approximately 80 kilometers South of Surabaya. Molindo Raya Industrial and Praxair Inc. generates a corporation that serves the domestic market.

In 1999, PT. Molindo Raya Industrial purchase the ownership of Praxair Inc. and renamed PT. Praxair Molindo into - PT.Molindo Inti Gas.
