2. The new reservation is considered confirmed, if there are funds that go into a bank account on behalf of Buyer.

Delivery
1. Prices do not include shipping costs. You will be able to find out postage to your address after you checkout and choose the appropriate delivery method.
2. Goods will be sent as soon as we receive payment. Long travel time of delivery depending on destination. For delivery using courier service, we work closely with the JNE.
3. Shipping is done every weekday ( Monday-Friday, except national holidays, no later than 18: 00) .
4. All items will be insured, if the courier companies provide it, and if the price of goods exceeds the basic insurance provided by courier ( usually 10x shipping costs) .
5. If you want a shipping forwarding services you want, please tell us. Gladly we will submit to the expedition representative in MALANG no additional cost. However, guaranteed delivery to destination entirely within the part of buyers.
Warranty & Guarantee
1. Each product will be delivered, will be reviewed by our check. So the condition of the goods is to open the seal and will be sealed again.
2. Each product has a warranty which varies in accordance with the terms and conditions relating to the dealer. If no written warranty terms, we assume it uses standard warranty:
* Food products, 1-2 Minggung, depending on the policy of the distributor.
* If there is a defect can be replaced a similar product.
3. Goods that have been purchased can not be returned or exchanged for other goods, unless there is agreement in advance.
4. If within the warranty period, items purchased there is damage, please contact our Customer Service at the Contact Us page.
5. When assistance by phone did not work, please send back the damaged product to us. Return shipping cost ( from us to you) , so we have full responsibility for providing a good quality product.
